Salary: $75,593 plus 12% superannuation and salary packaging

Job Description
About the role
As Housing Operations Administrator, you'll play a key support role for Housing Officers, Managers and the broader Customer Services team. You'll provide day-to-day admin support, prepare documents and reports, assist with correspondence, and maintain tenancy systems and records to support smooth operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide administrative support to Housing Services teams and leadership
- Coordinate travel bookings, bulk mail outs, document formatting and filing
- Support the preparation of reports, minutes and communications
- Enter and maintain data in tenancy and property systems
- Use Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook to deliver high-quality documents
- Assist with stakeholder engagement and cross-team communication
About the team
The Customer Services division is central to delivering responsive, resident-focused services that foster safe, inclusive, and supportive housing communities. We design and implement housing services that prioritise resident wellbeing, accessibility, and satisfaction, utilising customer insights to inform continuous improvement. It ensures residents receive personalised support aligned with their diverse needs, enhancing quality of life and community connection.
Desired Skills and Experience
About you
You'll bring:
- Prior admin experience and confidence working in fast-paced teams
- Strong attention to detail, time management and organisation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities
- Experience with CRM or tenancy databases is desirable
- A values-aligned approach to working with people from all backgrounds
