Annandale Doctors is open Monday to Friday 900am to 5:00pm and Saturday 8:00am to 12:00pm.

We provide comprehensive medical care across the lifespan in our modern clinic.

We are looking for an enrolled or registered nurse to join our friendly team. New graduates are encouraged to apply

Candidates must hold either Enrolled Nurse (EN) or Registered Nurse (RN) qualifications.

  • 1 to 3 days per week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday preferred)
  • Casual role with the opportunity to move to part time.
  • AHPRA registration required (GP nursing experience highly desirable, but not essential)
  • Key attributes: reliable, friendly team player with a can do attitude

Key Responsibilities

This role involves conducting patient assessments, administering immunisations and medications, providing wound care, assisting with minor procedures, Veterans health, supporting chronic disease management and care plans and educating patients on health and lifestyle management (MBS items 10997 and and health checks.

The nurse will also be responsible for performing ECGs and spirometry, managing recalls and reminders, performing ear syringing and suture removal, maintaining infection control and cold chain management, and overseeing medical stores and stock ordering.

We are offering between $30.00-$50.00/hour (dependent upon qualifications and experience) + Superannuation.
