The RoleWe are seeking a passionate and skilled NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our supportive, values-driven team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred behaviour support services that empower participants to achieve their goals and live meaningful lives.
Key Responsibilities· Conduct comprehensive functional behaviour assessments to identify strengths, needs, and areas for skill development.
· Develop and implement Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs) in line with NDIS Commission requirements and participant goals.
· Provide training, coaching, and guidance to families, carers, and support staff to ensure consistent and effective implementation of strategies.
· Promote skill development, independence, and quality of life for participants through positive behaviour support practices.
· Ensure all documentation, reports, and BSP lodgements meet NDIS compliance standards and are completed in a timely manner.
· Collaborate and communicate effectively with participants, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to care.
· Advocate for participant rights while upholding ethical and professional standards.

- Current driving license with access to a reliable private transport (e.g. car)
- Suitably recognised by the NDIS Commission as a Behaviour Support Practitioner (Core or above level).
- Strong understanding of positive behaviour support and trauma-informed practice.
- Commitment to mandatory reporting requirements and adherence to the NDIS Code of Conduct and Practice Standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Organised, reliable, and able to manage your caseload effectively.
- A genuine passion for supporting individuals with disability to reach their full potential. Alignment with our values of care, humility, connectedness, and continuous improvement.
