We are seeking a passionate and skilled NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our supportive, values-driven team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred behaviour support services that empower participants to achieve their goals and live meaningful lives.

· Conduct comprehensive functional behaviour assessments to identify strengths, needs, and areas for skill development.

· Develop and implement Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs) in line with NDIS Commission requirements and participant goals.

· Provide training, coaching, and guidance to families, carers, and support staff to ensure consistent and effective implementation of strategies.

· Promote skill development, independence, and quality of life for participants through positive behaviour support practices.

· Ensure all documentation, reports, and BSP lodgements meet NDIS compliance standards and are completed in a timely manner.

· Collaborate and communicate effectively with participants, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to care.

· Advocate for participant rights while upholding ethical and professional standards.

• Current driving license with access to a reliable private transport (e.g. car)
• Suitably recognised by the NDIS Commission as a Behaviour Support Practitioner (Core or above level).
• Strong understanding of positive behaviour support and trauma-informed practice.
• Commitment to mandatory reporting requirements and adherence to the NDIS Code of Conduct and Practice Standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Organised, reliable, and able to manage your caseload effectively.
• A genuine passion for supporting individuals with disability to reach their full potential. Alignment with our values of care, humility, connectedness, and continuous improvement.
