At Goodstart Annandale - Yolanda Drive, our Meeting-rated, 71-place centre is set in a relaxed pocket of Townsville, close to local schools, shops, Townsville University Hospital, Lavarack Army Barracks, and vibrant community hubs. Work in a beautiful, purpose-built outdoor spaces: three sandpits, shaded play areas, a veggie garden, flower gardens, wooden decks, a recycling hub, and a yarning circle.

  • We're offering a flexible part-time or full-time position (minimum 30 hours per week) within our friendly and supportive centre.
  • Operating Monday - Friday, 6:30am - 6:00pm.
  • A curriculum that values multiculturalism, healthy lifestyles, and each child's individual journey of development.

  • Guidance and encouragement from a passionate Centre Director and experienced educators who understand the importance of your role.

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current QLD Working with Children Check
