Kennedy Associates Architects is a medium sized, multi award winning architectural and urban design practice based in Annandale, Sydney.

We are a studio based office with multiple projects across a broad spectrum of typologies ranging from public buildings to childcare and sporting facilities, and from infill medium density to large scale state significant high rise residential projects.

We are industry leaders in the delivery of specialist accommodation for key sectors including social, affordable, disability, domestic violence & aboriginal housing.

Our clients include local and state government, non-government organisations and private clients.

Our office is the light filled top floor of a heritage listed mid century building on the fringe of the Sydney CBD and has excellent access to cafes, shops, parks etc. We are close to Parramatta Rd and the light rail, with buses outside the door.

We are Mac based, using Archicad & Vectorworks.

We are looking for experienced architects with advanced Archicad skills and a minimum 4-6 years post graduate (Masters Degree) experience to, in the first instance, assist us on a range of sports and high rise residential projects.

The position is full time and offers excellent opportunities for long term growth within the practice.
