Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Full-Time Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for sales and a deep understanding of the staffing industry

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in the staffing/recruitment industry
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the staffing or recruitment industry.
  • Analytical Skills and Communication
  • Lead Generation and Market Research
  • Customer Service
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
