As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated and highly organised Sales Administrative/Associate Assistant to join our team. We are a fast-growing and dynamic real estate team, based at 6 Belmore Street, Arncliffe. Our office is conveniently located and well-connected, making it an ideal workplace for someone local to the area. Role Overview

The Sales Administrative/Associate Assistant will work closely with our sales agents to provide day-to-day support, ensuring clients receive a seamless experience from inquiry through to settlement. You'll play a key role in managing administration, client communication, and assisting with sales-related tasks.

Applicants must be Australian citizens or permanent residents to be eligible for this position.

This is a full-time role, Monday to Saturday, with one rostered day off during the week. The WEEKDAY hours are 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM andthe WEEKEND hours are 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients in person and over the phone with professionalism and warmth
  • Handle sales calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and effectively
  • Assist the sales agents in preparing new properties for sale via a checklist program.
  • Support marketing efforts, including updating property listings, creating promotional materials, and assisting with campaigns or social media
  • Manage and maintain sales property records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date
  • Assist with walk-ins and incoming calls to ensure all enquiries are handled efficiently
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and professional team environment
  • Help with Saturday open homes, checking in clients, setting up the open home, preparing the packs.

  • Previous experience in real estate, customer service, or administration is highly valued.
  • Certificates down the track are required to obtain such as [Assistant Agent and Certificate 4]
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite is required for this position
