Seeking proactive and personable Customer Service Officer to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Due to the industry, there are often intricate terms to learn (you'll be given full training). As there is on-going investment in your training, we will be prioritising candidates with previous longevity in their tenure - please make sure your resume is up to date when submitting.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Answering and responding professionally to high-volume inbound calls
  • Create unique and tailored experiences for customers - exceptional customer service
  • Processing Financial Admin - i.e. reviewing invoices
  • Data entry into system
  • Team collaboration
  • Ad-hoc Office duties

About you:

  • Experience working in a call centre is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent communication and resolution skills
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Customer service and/or clerical experience
  • Computer literacy
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
