About Clean Power Australia:
Clean Power Australia is a Top 20 by Volume Solar & Battery Retailer based in NSW, QLD, and ACT. We are looking to expand our Customer Support function due to company growth.
About the role:
We are seeking an experienced & passionate customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service team. If you are an enthusiastic, enjoy assisting customers and thrive in a dynamic work environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the first point of contact for customers and deal with a high-volume of inbound calls
- Manage the internal inbox and action all internal line of enquires
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients inquiring about solar and battery products.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers in navigating our products and services, addressing technical queries, and offering solutions to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our database.
- Prioritise critical works and plan them based on resource availability
- Establish good relations with various clients & internal or external stakeholders
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in a customer service role is a must
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Familiarity with solar and battery systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Full working rights is essential
