About the role

As our Procure to Pay (P2P) Manager, you'll be the driving force behind seamless purchasing and payment operations transforming complexity into clarity across the business. From vendor selection to invoice verification and payment workflows, you'll lead with precision, champion compliance, and unlock smarter systems. Your work will fuel continuous improvement, strengthen financial integrity, and empower teams to operate at their best all while collaborating across functions to deliver service excellence with impact.

  • Lead end-to-end procurement operations manage purchase orders, vendor selection, and timely delivery of goods and services, all while ensuring compliance with supply policies.
  • Oversee accounts payable with precision drive timely invoice processing, reconciliations, and month-end close, while leading and developing a high performing AP team.
  • Champion vendor and stakeholder relationships negotiate favourable terms, resolve issues swiftly, and deliver trusted support across the business.
  • Drive systems and process improvement optimise ERP and financial systems, lead upgrades, and embed smarter, more efficient ways of working.
  • Own reporting and compliance deliver accurate analytics, support audits, and uphold financial integrity through robust controls and documentation

  • Relevant qualifications in Procurement & Contracting or Accounting & Bookkeeping (Diploma or Cert IV preferred)
  • Strong grasp of procurement and accounts payable principles, with hands-on experience in ERP systems and Excel
  • Proven ability to lead in high-volume environments, with 5+ years' experience including 2+ years in a supervisory role
  • Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and communication skills — backed by a collaborative, results-driven leadership style
  • Demonstrated success in vendor management, process improvement, and system implementation across finance operation
