About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Turbocharger Parts Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is a phone and email-based sales role where you will be the key point of contact for our valued customers, providing expert advice and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone and email regarding turbocharger parts, availability, and compatibility.
  • Act as a diagnostic partner: asking the right questions to understand the root cause of customer issues and provide effective parts solutions.
  • Proactively make outbound calls to existing and potential clients to build relationships and generate new sales.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently in our system.
  • Provide expert product advice and technical support to assist customers in selecting the right parts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Liaise with our warehouse team to coordinate order fulfilment and resolve any delivery queries.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.

About You:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably within the automotive parts industry.
  • A genuine passion for cars and mechanical parts; knowledge of turbochargers is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • A proactive, positive attitude with a strong desire to succeed and earn commission.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
