About the Centre:

We have 3 wonderfully resourced learning environments that cater to 76 children per day, operating from 7am-6pm Monday to Friday. We have a leadership team that are very hands on in the rooms, supporting, guiding, and mentoring the team to progress in their careers and become well rounded educators. If you take public transport, we have a bus stop right at the front of our service.

About the Role

• Manage the day to day operations of the Centre/s in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
• Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
• Mentor and support the centre/s to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards

About you

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
• Strong experience in a Centre Manager role
• A current Working with Children's Check
• Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standard
