This is an exciting role where you can utilise your accounting experience to support the Finance team across
Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliation, and reporting functions
in a dynamic retail environment

What You'll Do

  • Support
    bank reconciliations
    for multiple accounts across multiple banks.
  • Consolidate, manipulate, and post
    website and marketplace remittances
    .
  • Assist with
    store variance analysis
    through data consolidation and comparison.
  • Prepare reports on store variances, cash drawer reconciliations, and credit card status.
  • Support preparation and collection of
    rebates
    .
  • Assist with administration of
    corporate credit card programs
    , including claims processing in
    Concur and Excel
    and follow-up of outstanding items.
  • Perform other ad hoc finance duties as required.
