What You'll Do:

We are looking for a talented and drivenHead Chef be consistent in preparation of innovative and creative cuisine of the highest quality, presentation, and flavour across dining rooms, banquets, and other food facilities, resulting in outstanding guest satisfaction.

Additionally, you will ensure the smooth running of the kitchen, managing profit, stock, wastage control, hygiene practices, and training within the team.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven culinary expertise with the ability to develop and craft dishes that align with the venue's style.
  • Strong knowledge of ingredient sourcing, supplier management, and cost-effective procurement.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience mentoring and developing a kitchen team, taking ownership of operations, and maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Experience managing kitchen operations, ordering, food costing, and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Ability to train and collaborate with front of house staff, communicate menu changes, and enhance guest experience.
  • Deep knowledge of food safety, hygiene practices, and HACCP compliance.
