Service Coordinator

As Service Coordinator, you are responsible for managing and maintaining the day-to-day operations of services, ensuring that participants, their families, and relevant stakeholders receive efficient, high-quality, and compliant support. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to balance participant needs with operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Roster & Operations Management
- Maintain and manage staff, Participant rosters for day-to-day service delivery.
- Coordinate event management, ensuring staff and client needs are effectively met.
- Onboarding of staff and participants
- Monitor daily operations to ensure efficiency and high service standards including but not limited to documentation, rostering, timesheets, NDIS registers.
Participant & Stakeholder Engagement
- Work collaboratively with participants, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure individual needs are supported.
- Maintain professional contact with all stakeholders at all times to ensure positive community relationships and strong internal working relationships.
- Facilitate smooth communication between staff, participants, and external partners.
- Support new participant intake, including assessments, records management, and onboarding processes.
Documentation & Compliance
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation for all participants, including service agreements, case notes, and progress reports.
- Maintain compliance with relevant legislation, organizational policies, and sector standards.
- Safeguard confidentiality and maintain brevity in all communications and records.
Service Agreements & Costings
- Develop, monitor, and update service agreements in alignment with participant goals and funding requirements.
- Ensure service costings are current, accurate, and transparent at all times.
Reporting & Funding
- Prepare and deliver high-quality reports to support participant funding requests and renewals.
- Coordinate and complete end-of-year reports as required.
- Provide timely and efficient reports to management and stakeholders to maintain funding and service continuity.
Quality & Compliance Oversight
- Ensure service delivery remains compliant with all standards and regulations.
- Uphold organizational values and maintain best practice from a management perspective.
- Continuously monitor and improve operational efficiency and participant satisfaction.
Key Skills & Attributes
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Understanding of NDIS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
