Patch Personnel have partnered exclusively with an onshore oil and gas operator to source a Production Supervisor to join their busy team.

This position represents opportunity to join and lead a tightly retained and respected team with a stable production and growth strategy.

The Production Supervisor reports to the GM Operations and will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team in the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of wells, gathering and production facilities.

The primary function of this position is to act as the Person in Charge of site operations, ensuring that safety, environmental, and production targets are met through hands-on leadership and operational excellence.

Key Capabilities of the Production Supervisor include though are not limited to:

  • Provide safety leadership and enforce site safety protocols
  • Oversee daily production and maintenance operations
  • Manage logistics, contractors, and support services
  • Lead on-site operational and maintenance teams
  • Maintain compliance with environmental and cultural heritage procedures
  • Report incidents and coordinate corrective actions
  • Monitor production performance and manage OpEx and CapEx budgets
  • Ensure contract compliance and liaise with third-party vendors
  • Review and implement operational procedures for efficiency and safety

Technical Requirements

  • Trade qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in remote oil & gas production environments
  • Strong practical knowledge of plant operations, pipeline systems, and emergency response
  • Experience leading small, multi-discipline teams
  • Strong reporting, documentation, and administrative capabilities

About you

It is essential to success in this position to have a experience in oil & gas production operations with trade qualifications and senior operator-level training in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrument or Production disciplines.

You will have demonstrated experience leading field-based teams in remote locations and be adept at managing both people and processes while upholding high safety and environmental standards.
