The Opportunity

We're on the lookout for a Supervising Project Manager to take charge of our HVAC and mechanical projects. You'll be the key person overseeing jobs from start to finish – making sure they're delivered safely, on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.

This role is perfect for an experienced installer or site supervisor who's ready to step off the tools and move into a leadership/project management role. You'll still use your hands-on knowledge, but now you'll be leading teams, managing projects, and making the big calls.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Running HVAC and mechanical projects from design and quoting right through to commissioning and handover.
  • Managing budgets, schedules, and resources to keep jobs running smoothly.
  • Supervising field staff and subcontractors, ensuring quality, safety, and productivity.
  • Carrying out site inspections, take-offs, and measures.
  • Coordinating with clients, builders, engineers, and consultants to keep everyone on the same page.
  • Handling procurement, tendering, and subcontractor engagement.
  • Solving problems on-site and keeping projects moving forward.
  • Reporting on progress, costs, and variations.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in HVAC project management OR as a senior installer/foreman ready to step up.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems – chilled water, condenser water, DX, ventilation, ductwork, and mechanical pipework.
  • Confidence in quoting, estimating, and procurement.
  • Great communicator with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Well-organised and able to juggle multiple projects.
  • Computer-literate (SimPRO, Fergus, Procore, or similar is a bonus).
  • Current driver's licence.
