
Leading Account Executive

We are looking for an eager sales professional looking to make a dent in helping people in traditional industries (you know mining, construction, rail, shipping). If you're scrappy, commercially sharp, and obsessed with turning conversations into customers, this is your ground-floor seat.
What's the role?
You'll be the tip of the spear for market penetration and customer acquisition. Depending on your strengths, you'll run full-cycle deals or specialise in top-of-funnel... either way you'll own outcomes.
You will:
- Build pipeline:
research and curate target accounts, make lots of phone calls and send lots of emails while sliding into DMs to book qualified meetings. - Run crisp discovery:
diagnose pains, and tailor problem-first demos; not show up and throw up with features. - Own trials to close:
co-define 30-day success criteria with prospects, guide onboarding, prove value, and convert to paid. - Keep the engine clean:
live in HubSpot, log everything, and help shape our repeatable GTM playbook. - Create signal:
partner with marketing on snappy one-pagers, call scripts, and objection-busters; share voice-of-customer to influence roadmap. - Be hands-on:
make calls, slide into DMs, send thoughtful emails, coordinate calendars, and always move the next step forward.

We'd be perfect for each other if you…
- Love tech and can translate it into business value with clarity and empathy.
- Have ~2–5 years in B2B SaaS, growth, SDR/AE, or founder-type hustle
- Exposure to mining construction or a similar industry
- Think critically, handle objections gracefully, and enjoy building process where none exists.
- Care deeply about customers, are resilient, and get energy from closing loops.
Nice-to-haves:
HubSpot fluency, SPICED-style discovery, basic spreadsheet chops, content writing, or prior experience selling to trade contractors.
Location & ways of working
Perth, Sydney, or Melbourne. Hybrid/flexible. Occasional travel to customer sites.
