Your new role
As a Senior Developer, you'll take the reins of a dynamic development squad focused on delivering fast, scalable, and secure digital solutions. You'll lead the design and development of web applications and AI-driven tools, working closely with stakeholders to bring ideas to life, from concept to MVP.
You'll be hands-on in the development process, guiding technical direction, mentoring team members, and embedding best practices across architecture, automation, and cybersecurity.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in senior development or technical leadership roles
- Strong background in GenAI integration (e.g. ChatGPT, Azure AI Studio, Amazon Bedrock)
- Hands-on expertise with MCP (Model Context Protocol) for agentic AI solutions
- Proficiency in Python (Flask) and JavaScript (NodeJS, React)
- Experience with low-code platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform
- Deep understanding of cloud architecture across AWS and Azure
- A passion for CI/CD, automation, and code quality using Azure DevOps and GitHub
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
