We're looking for a strategic and innovative Learning & Development professional to lead a small, committed team and drive impactful learning initiatives across our entire business. As a 12mth fixed term (parental leave coverage) contract, this is a great opportunity for an experienced Learning & Development Manager to truly add value in an exciting organisation, or a Senior Specialist ready to put their knowledge & skill into practice in a dynamic environment.

This is a unique opportunity to truly own the L&D function—to reimagine how learning is delivered, embed a culture of growth and performance, and implement scalable, tech-enabled solutions that make a real difference. You'll be empowered to lead change, influence senior stakeholders, and shape the future of capability development across a global organisation.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Design and implement enterprise-wide learning frameworks and programs

  • Lead the redesign of induction and ongoing training experiences

  • Drive performance and compliance through engaging learning strategies

  • Champion modern, tech-enabled learning methodologies

  • Oversee quality assurance programs and leverage AI for coaching

  • Manage LMS platforms and e-learning content

  • Partner with stakeholders to align learning with strategic goals

  • Mentor and develop a collaborative, innovative L&D team

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in instructional design and learning consulting

  • Strong background in compliance and capability development

  • Proficiency in LMS administration and AI-enhanced learning tools

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

  • Experience leading high-performing teams

  • Strong project management and analytical skills

  • Relevant qualifications in HR, Business, Education or Cert IV in Training & Assessment
