The Opportunity Join Digital.NSW's Digital Channels team on an exciting whole-of-government program. As a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst (Drupal specialist), you'll play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, accessible, and user-friendly digital services on

This contract role offers a chance to contribute to a major digital transformation program (OneCX), backfilling a temporary placement through to 30 September

About the Role Reporting to the Principal Product Owner, you will:

  • Conduct functional testing, cross-browser/device testing, responsive design testing, and accessibility testing.
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and automated regression tests.
  • Take ownership of feature delivery through multiple environments, ensuring thorough testing.
  • Contribute to and maintain an existing web automation framework (Selenium, Cypress).
  • Work collaboratively in an Agile/SAFe environment with developers, designers, analysts, and product owners.
  • Provide clear, plain-language technical advice to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ensure all testing practices align with program risk and governance requirements.

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years' experience as a QA Analyst testing large, complex web applications.
  • Strong background in automation testing (Selenium, Cypress).
  • Proven experience in accessibility testing; automated visual testing highly desirable.
  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms – Drupal expertise strongly preferred.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Experience working in Agile/SAFe delivery environments.
  • A proactive mindset and ability to meet tight deadlines with a can-do attitude.
