The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of fitness principles, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a genuine desire to help clients reach their fitness objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct fitness assessments to understand clients' goals, health history, and fitness level.
  • Develop customised training programs tailored to individual needs and goals.
  • Provide one-on-one training sessions, motivating and guiding clients through workouts.
  • Monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their fitness plans.
  • Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, nutrition, and overall wellness.
  • Maintain a clean and safe workout environment.

Requirements:

  • Cert 3 & 4 in Fitness
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science.
  • Excellent communication and motivational skills.
  • Ability to adapt training techniques to different fitness levels and personalities.
  • CPR and first aid certification.
  • WWCC and Police Check.
  • Insurance.
