Property Manager – McGrath Armstrong Creek

About the Role

Join the team at McGrath Armstrong Creek as a Property Manager, where you'll oversee a portfolio of residential properties and deliver exceptional service to both landlords and tenants. This full-time position is based at our Armstrong Creek office, with occasional local property visits required.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire tenant lifecycle – from marketing and leasing vacant properties to processing applications and preparing tenancy agreements.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance or repairs promptly.
  • Handle rent collection, manage arrears, and provide accurate financial reporting to landlords.
  • Maintain detailed property records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, responding to landlord and tenant enquiries in a professional and timely manner.

About You
  • Minimum 12 months experience in residential property management.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Sound knowledge of property management legislation and compliance requirements.
  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
