
Sales Development Representative

Are you an experienced SDR with a proven track record of driving success in the B2B space? If you're passionate about building relationships, generating high-quality leads, and playing a pivotal role in a company's growth, we want you on our team
You'll work closely with our Account Executives to build a strong pipeline and set the stage for successful sales engagements. The ideal candidate will a deep understanding of the needs and pain points of large businesses, and a passion for driving growth through strategic outreach.
Responsibilities
- Perform various outbound call campaigns around trade shows, specific events, or assigned target markets.
- Research, identify, and actively approach new potential customers in the APAC region using our toolsets.
- Work toward quarterly/monthly targets which will contribute to your bonus structure
- Partake in an internal development program which will include participation in sales and product training sessions.
- Efficient and clear management of all MQLs using our CRM and sales enablement platform.
- To deliver on assessed learning and development tasks (presentations, performance analysis, sites visit with field sales, and personal development plans).
- Customer and event exposure (In line with the marketing calendar, company workshops, and experiences).
- Managing internal relationships with our sales and marketing teams to ensure your aligned on our strategic approach.
Job Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year as an SDR or in a similar role, preferably working with commercial or enterprise-level clients.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with B2B sales processes and experience working with large-scale businesses in Real Estate.
- Sales Tools Proficiency: Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales engagement platforms (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, etc.).
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior decision-makers and executives. Mandarin speaking skills are not required however highly desirable.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation and sales goals in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Adaptability: Ability to quickly understand and adapt to the needs of different commercial clients across various industries.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using technology and tools to streamline outreach and automate workflows.
