About the Role

We are based in Rockhampton, Mackay and Townsville and currently have a vacancy for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our expanding team in the Mackay area.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Lead the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns and strategies
  • Maintain and optimise brand websites and create online marketing funnels for lead generation
  • Develop and execute customer lifecycle and re-engagement strategies
  • Implement marketing automation campaigns (Infusionsoft CRM experience highly regarded)
  • Manage the brand's social media accounts and content calendar, posting regularly and developing engaging content
  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using analytics tools
  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends
  • Staying up-to-date with industry best practices and implementing innovative marketing strategies

About You

We are seeking a confident, experienced and strategic leader with a strong background in financial management within large and complex organisations. You bring:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior marketing role with direct reports
  • Proficient understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
  • Proven track record in implementing marketing campaigns
  • Strong skills in Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, and SEO
