The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will play a pivotal part in promoting our diverse portfolio of properties and enhancing our brand presence in the Mackay region. The successful candidate will develop and execute marketing strategies that align with our business goals and resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement innovative marketing campaigns to promote property listings, including family homes, executive estates, and coastal properties, ensuring alignment with Vision Real Estate's brand and objectives.
• Conduct research on Mackay's real estate market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences to inform targeted marketing initiatives.
• Produce engaging content for digital platforms (website, social media, email campaigns) and traditional media (print ads, brochures) to showcase properties and attract buyers and renters.
• Manage social media accounts, optimize online listings, and leverage SEO and paid advertising to increase visibility of properties and brand awareness.
• Collaborate with sales and leasing teams to develop promotional materials that highlight the unique features of properties, such as ocean views, low-maintenance designs, or family-friendly estates.

· Provide recommendations on pricing strategies for property listings based on market analysis and manage marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective campaigns that maximize ROI.

• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize future strategies and achieve sales targets.
• Organize and promote open houses, property showcases, and community events to build brand recognition and attract potential clients in Mackay.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in real estate or in a related industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, including SEO, social media platforms, and analytics software.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and consumer behavior.
• Creative flair for designing visually appealing marketing materials.
• Knowledge of the Mackay region and its real estate market is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Be willing to move to regional areas.
