About the Role

The Client Acquisition and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive new client growth and elevate brand awareness. You'll lead initiatives that convert prospects into clients, working closely with our sales, product, and content teams to ensure a consistent and compelling brand experience across all touchpoints.

This is a hands-on role with the support of one offshore finance assistant, perfect for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves while influencing at the highest level.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to attract and acquire new clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Optimise lead generation channels (digital campaigns, partnerships, referrals, events, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the sales team to qualify leads and improve conversion rates.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation across channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance and client acquisition metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Create and manage marketing content, including digital ads, emails, case studies, and social media.
  • Represent the brand at industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities.

About You

We are seeking a confident, experienced and strategic leader with a strong background in Marketing within large and complex organisations. You bring:

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, business development, or client acquisition.
  • Proven track record of developing successful client acquisition strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and translate insights into action.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and project management abilities.
