    Responsibilities
    • Support the planning and delivery of advertising and marketing materials across the University.
    • Review requests, offer marketing advice, write and edit content, and help ensure creative and written output aligns with brand and style guidelines.
    • Assist with the development of helpful resources for internal teams and contribute to smooth, timely service with a strong focus on quality and collaboration.

    Qualifications
    • An Associate Diploma in marketing, communications or a related field with at least two years of relevant experience (or equivalent), including advertising and production, marketing campaigns, copywriting and project management.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships, negotiate, and collaborate effectively.
    • Proven experience in advertising and production media, including print, digital, and promotional materials.
    • Proficiency in business software (e.g., Microsoft Office) and the ability to learn new systems.
    • A current Class C driver's licence and willingness to travel or work outside standard hours when required.
