About UsBramble Ag is a family-owned, growth-focused business at the foot of the Warrumbungle Ranges, between Coonamble and Coonabarabran, NSW.
We farm 3,200 ha – comprising of 2,400 ha of winter cropping and 800 ha of grazing country. Over the past five years we've transformed the property from traditional grazing to leading-edge cropping and continue to invest in technology, infrastructure, and people.
The RoleThis role is suited to either an experienced overseer or a skilled operator ready to step up.
You'll have the chance to:
· Lead day-to-day cropping operations (sowing, spraying, harvest, grain handling).
· Collaborate directly with supportive, hands-on owners.
· Gain exposure to business planning and decision-making.
· Supervise 1–2 employees plus casuals and contractors (in time).
· Pathway to Operations Manager within 12–18 months (based on experience and performance).
What You'll Bring· years' broadacre cropping experience.
· Experience with air seeders, headers, sprayers using GPS/autosteer.
· Competence with ag tech and data systems.
· Mechanical ability and problem-solving skills.
· Willingness to learn, adapt, and innovate.
· Availability to work weekends and public holidays as required, such as during sowing and harvest.
Bonus skills (or willingness to build):
· Experience with Agworld and Safe Ag systems or equivalent.
· Experience managing people.
· Record-keeping and inventory management.
· Familiarity with Topcon systems.
