About the Role

We're on the lookout for a People & Performance Administrator who's organized, detail-oriented, and ready to make a real difference. This is a full-time, short-term contract perfect if you're looking to contribute your skills to a purpose-driven team over summer.

  • Start Date: 12 December 2025
  • Duration: casual (6 to 8 weeks)
  • Working hours: Monday 8:00am to 4:30pm, Tuesday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm

You'll be supporting our People & Performance team with essential HR admin tasks, from keeping employee records tidy and compliant in our HR system (ELMO), to helping with onboarding and compliance checks. If you love structure, systems, and supporting people behind the scenes, this could be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Systems & Data Management

  • Upload and organise employee documents in ELMO
  • Check for accuracy and consistency across records
  • Run regular audits and flag any gaps Help maintain dashboards and compliance registers
  • Support with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) if required

Onboarding & Compliance Support

  • Upload new starter documents and verify ID
  • Track compliance items like WWCCs and training
  • Flag risks and follow up on missing info

General Admin Support

  • Keep our digital filing systems in top shape
  • Monitor the P&P inbox and respond to queries
  • Assist with reports, audits, and data requests
  • Draft clear and accurate correspondence

What you'll bring:

Essential

  • Minimum of 6-12 months experience in admin, data entry, or document management
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
  • A sharp eye for detail and great time management
  • Clear and professional communication skills

Desirable

  • Experience with ELMO or other HRIS platforms
  • Familiarity with HR compliance documents
  • Background in HR or compliance-focused role

Other Requirements

  • Successful applicants will also need to hold a 'C' class Open driver licence, State Working with Children Check and hold, or be eligible to apply for, a Licensed Care Suitability Check issued by the QLD Department of Child Safety, Youth Justice and Multicultural Affairs.

You're someone who can get on with things, manage your time well, and keep everything running smoothly without needing much supervision. You know how to handle sensitive information with care, and when things change (as they sometimes do), you're flexible enough to roll with it and keep things moving.
