Role Description

As a Business Analyst, you will serve as a critical link between business needs and technological or operational solutions. Your role will involve gathering, analyzing, and translating requirements into actionable insights that drive efficiency, growth, and strategic decision-making. You will work across departments to identify business opportunities, streamline processes, and support the development of solutions that align with organizational goals.

You will evaluate workflows, assess performance metrics, and provide recommendations to improve processes, reduce costs, and enhance customer or stakeholder satisfaction. Your ability to interpret data, synthesize complex information, and present it clearly will help guide teams toward informed, data-driven decisions.
