Business Analyst
Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to help improve business processes and support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will gather and analyse requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement solutions that enhance efficiency and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, document, and analyse business requirements from stakeholders
  • Evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to support decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project planning and implementation
  • Monitor business performance metrics and suggest actionable insights
  • Assist in implementing solutions and track their effectiveness
  • Support change management initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, IT, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools
  • Experience with business process documentation and workflow analysis
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum)
  • Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
  • Knowledge of SQL or basic database querying
  • Exposure to KPI tracking and performance measurement
