The Business Analyst will play a key role in identifying business needs, analyzing processes, and providing data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and analytical professional passionate about improving efficiency and enabling growth across Australia's diverse business landscape.

Key Responsibilities


• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into actionable solutions


• Analyze data, workflows, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement


• Support project teams in defining scope, objectives, and deliverables


• Prepare business cases, feasibility studies, and process models to guide decision-making


• Collaborate with IT, finance, operations, and other teams to ensure solution alignment


• Conduct gap analysis and recommend process enhancements or system optimizations


• Develop clear documentation, including reports, presentations, and technical specifications


• Support the testing and implementation of new business processes or systems


• Monitor and evaluate post-implementation results to ensure success and compliance

Requirements


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field


• 2–4 years of experience as a business analyst or in a similar analytical role


• Strong understanding of business process mapping, data analysis, and requirements gathering


• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau for data visualization


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills


• Familiarity with project management or Agile methodologies


• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
