We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join one of our clients within the retail sector.

Client Details

Our client is a well-established, large organisation within the retail industry, known for its commitment to delivering high-quality technology solutions.

Description

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Analyse and interpret data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project documentation and reports.
  • Support the technology team in designing and implementing effective solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to define project scope and objectives.
  • Perform gap analysis to identify areas for improvement within business processes.
  • Ensure alignment of business needs with technology solutions.
  • Assist in testing and quality assurance activities for new systems.

Profile

A successful Business Analyst should have:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Minimum 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A solid understanding of technology systems and processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Relevant qualifications in business, technology, or a related field.
