About the role
As a Mid-Level Architect – Documenter at ARM, you'll play a key role in shaping bold, inventive projects from concept through to construction. You'll use your strong Revit and documentation skills to produce high-quality drawing packages, coordinate consultants, and ensure design intent is delivered with precision.
You'll have the opportunity to lead smaller projects independently while supporting senior architects and directors on larger, complex work. Along the way, you'll mentor junior team members, contribute to design development, and be part of a studio culture that thrives on creativity, collaboration, and pushing boundaries.
What we're looking for
- 5 to 10 years post graduate experience in architecture
- Strong Revit and documentation skills with an eye for detail
- Solid construction knowledge and ability to resolve technical issues
- Experience delivering drawing packages that meet codes, standards and quality assurance
- Ability to manage small projects independently and support senior staff on larger projects
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with a proactive approach
