About the opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and motivated Project Administrator to join our team to provide support across our multi-discipline Engineering Company.

You will be joining a fast paced, busy team. Ideally you will have a proactive can-do attitude, with a strong attention to detail and prioritisation skills with a focus on quality outcomes.

The business has recently merged with one of Australia's leading civil and structural engineering firms broadening our technical capability and service offerings, national reach across multiple offices and shared resources and cross-discipline collaboration.

The group specialises in the land development, infrastructure, winery, marine and environmental sectors.

Your primary role as Project Administrator is to provide a high level of support to the Office Group Manager, to ensure that all key project information is accurate for projects in the PMS, project oversight & support, assist with forecasting, reporting & performance analysis, training and providing administration assistance with invoicing and accounts receivable through our Total Synergy PMS. This position is part of a larger admin support team who strive to promote a positive work culture and a strong support structure for the business.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & ATTRIBUTES

Essential:

§  Demonstrated experience in project administration, coordination, or ERP/PMS system management.

§  Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects.

§  High attention to detail, especially in financial tracking, documentation, and performance analysis.

§  Clear communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise across departments and stakeholder groups.

§  Ability to work independently and collaboratively, supporting cross-functional teams and training coordination.

§  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.

Desirable:

§  Experience in engineering, construction, or professional services environments

§  Knowledge of project management frameworks and practices.

§  Qualifications in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline

Remuneration package will be based on level of experience. In addition, OSKA can offer Exceptional Office Culture and Social Engagement.
