Senior Production Estimator Needed

We are a fresh, growing, family-run residential construction company based in South West Sydney, seeking a motivated Estimator to join our team.

In this role, you'll join our estimating team, driving efficiency and innovation while managing daily tasks such as accurate production estimating and issuing of full BOQs, variations, and assisting in maintaining the estimating system. You'll liaise with all relevant stakeholders to ensure a smooth process across the company.

What we're looking for:

  • 6+ years' estimating experience in residential building
  • Strong knowledge of Databuild (or similar) and advanced computer skills
  • Excellent communication
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work to a deadline
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently
