THE OPPORTUNITY

The Customer Experience Representative is essential in providing an outstanding Plungie experience to our diverse client base, handling both the support and administrative facets of sales and customer service. This role also includes active engagement in outbound sales calls, inbound warranty communications, and pipeline management across all sales and service funnels.

You will contribute to our team by:

  • Providing an exceptional customer service experience across a large range of customer channels e.g. social media, emails and phone
  • Entering inbound sales orders and processing orders through order management procedures
  • Maintaining and administering accurate and detailed customer enquiries, sales leads and order fulfilment tasks, via internal CRM.
  • Managing the entry and fulfilment of purchase orders with external suppliers
  • Showing commitment to delivering quality outputs to clients and customers, via high volume data entry through Hubspot & MYOB to manage and maintain orders
  • Assisting, nurturing and educating new and existing clients, builders, and dealers through their daily Plungie enquiries through to order fulfilment

You will bring to our team:

  • A positive outlook to a changing and growing environment.
  • Previous experience in contact centre environments, with an outbound sales focus is highly desirable.
  • Strong organisational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritise multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience in CRM (HubSpot a distinct advantage) usage tools and a working knowledge of industry-specific software programs.
  • Proven ability to achieve fundamental targets and objectives and in the delivery of administrative and reporting functions in a sales and service-driven organisation.
