Credaro Wines is currently seeking a dynamic and passionate person to be the face of Credaro Weddings & Events. Events are held at our stunning Yallingup Cellar Door overlooking the picturesque Wildwood Valley. The role will be full time 5 days a week, Tuesday to Saturday.

Our Events Coordinator will oversee all aspects of planning and execution of both internal and external events and also be an integral part of our Cellar Door team. The successful candidate will ideally have some knowledge of wine and interest in wine sales. They will be highly organized and have impeccable time management skills. They will be able to problem solve under pressure, have great communication skills and most importantly be a team player.

History of the family in the region begins over 100 years ago and continues to grow with each new generation farming and producing exceptional wines in the Margaret River Region.

About the role:

As the Events Manager:

  • As the face of Credaro Weddings offer warm, engaging & proactive experience's tocustomers & guests
  • Drive opportunities in the sales channel/funnel for events and Credaro Wines Cellar Door
  • Manage and oversee events on the day ensuring flawless execution, including problem-solving, directing event set-up & supplier logistics, communicating with staff, welcoming guests and managing expectations
  • Run events to budget, Issue invoices and collect payments in a timely manner
  • Offer exceptional support to all vendors that work with us at our events and build a positive reputation for the business in the events community
  • Drive training for all personal within the events business, including imparting the Credaro Story to staff

As a valued member of our Cellar Door Team

  • Demonstrate passion for Credaro Family Estate, its wines, its region and its people, and act as a Brand Ambassador
  • Host customer tasting experiences and provide support to the cellar door team
  • Work alongside our marketing team to create effective advertisement strategies and help implement events
  • Manage the Credaro Weddings Social Media Account under the direction of the marketing team

Skills and Experience:

  • Valid RSA & Approved Manager
  • Availability for evening events including weekends over the wedding season October - May with the odd event outside this period
  • Prior events experience essential (minimum 12 months)
  • Prior team leadership experience
