About the role

We're all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. As part of our External Financial Advisers (EFA) team, you'll be at the heart of our growth strategy, connecting with advisers over the phone, building trust, and showcasing the value of ART's products and services. You'll help drive retention and growth in our super and pension offerings, while uncovering exciting new business opportunities.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in financial services, whether you've been in a support role and are ready to step into sales, or you're already in a sales role and looking to level up.

Day to day, you'll:

  • Drive growth and retention in ART's super and pension products.
  • Connect with EFAs using leads from reports and the BDM team.
  • Build strong phone-based relationships with advisers and industry groups.
  • Manage a panel of EFAs and meet key performance targets.
  • Respond to adviser queries and be a go-to expert on our EFA proposition.
  • Run targeted phone campaigns to boost product sales and event attendance.
  • Identify high-performing advisers and elevate them to the BDM panel.
  • Map new adviser opportunities and help shape our growth strategy.

This role is a permanent opportunity based in Sydney.

  • You've worked in a phone-based role and know how to run a sales campaign from start to finish.
  • You've got a strong track record in sales and consistently exceed your targets.
  • You take a customer-first approach and own the outcomes you deliver.
  • You're comfortable speaking with business owners and senior stakeholders.
  • You're passionate about customer service and inspire others to deliver great experiences.
  • You know how to influence and negotiate to achieve win-win outcomes.
  • You understand superannuation, insurance, investments, and business-to-business sales.
  • You build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and third parties.
  • You might be in a support role now, but you're ready to step into sales and make your mark.
