This role offers an excellent opportunity for consistent, full-time hours on key construction sites throughout Northern Tasmania.

As a valued Construction Labourer, your core duties will include:

• Manual handling, lifting, and moving materials.
• Site clean-up, preparation, and general tidiness.
• Assisting qualified tradespeople (e.g., carpenters, plumbers) with various tasks.
• Safe operation of basic hand and power tools.
• Collaborating effectively with team members and site supervisors.
• Maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality in all your work.

We are looking for proactive Labourers who meet the following criteria:

• Valid White Card (Mandatory).
• Current driver's licence and reliable transport (Mandatory) to get to various sites.
• Physically fit and able to undertake manual handling tasks.
• A strong, practical, and hands-on approach to work.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and ability to follow site directions.

Highly Desirable (but not essential):

• Previous experience in the commercial or residential construction industry.
• Any additional tickets (e.g., EWP, Working at Heights, Confined Space).
