Your role

As a Logistics Officer in the Air Force, you'll be responsible for the planning, coordination, and management of logistics support and supply chain activities. You'll contribute to the Air Force on a strategic and tactical level, ensuring the successful distribution of supplies, advanced technology, and sensitive materials.

Your duties may include:

  • planning and executing supply chains, warehousing and distribution, movements, and catering support to domestic and overseas operations and exercises
  • leading and managing diverse groups of personnel in the fields of logistics, movements, and catering
  • managing information and overseeing contracts for logistics, catering and materiel
  • establishing and maintaining relationships and networks that enable effective support.

As an Air Force Officer, you'll also be trained to become an inspirational leader and mentor, equipped with highly sought-after management skills.

Salary

Upon completion of initial military and employment training, you will enjoy a salary package starting from $89,445.

Location

Following training, you may be posted to one of the major Air Force bases around Australia, such as RAAF Base Amberley, Williamtown, or Edinburgh.
