We're full stack. Improving the end-to-end sales cycle. SEO, CRM, Automations, Paid ads. We do it all. Allowing us to produce highly valuable partnerships and create significant lifetime value.
We're seeking a charismatic, results-driven cold calling specialist to drive appointment bookings and close high-value partnerships.
This is a COLD CALLING focused role
- you'll be proactively reaching out to prospects and generating your own pipeline.
OTE: $30,000 AUD per month ($360,000 AUD annually)
Compensation Structure
Appointment Booking Incentives
- $500 AUD
per booked appointment (cold leads) - $75 AUD
per booked appointment (warm inbound leads)
Performance Bonuses
- Additional $1,000 AUD
when a client exceeds $40,000 AUD in lifetime revenue

Key Responsibilities
- Heavy outbound calling
to contractor and construction businesses - We provide all leads
- you focus 100% on calling and connecting
- Generate high volume of calls and touchpoints daily
- Book qualified appointments for the sales team
- Persistent follow-up through phone, email, and LinkedIn
Lead Management
- Handle warm inbound leads from email and Facebook campaigns
- Multi-channel follow-up and appointment setting
- CRM management and lead tracking
Partnership Development
- Establish revenue-share partnerships with contractors
- Leverage existing websites and lead-generating assets
- Source and qualify reputable partner prospects
Client Relationship Management
- Work directly with Director Charlie on strategy development
- Daily strategy assessment and approach optimization
- Potential to lead Agency Sales Division based on performance
