Disability Support Worker – Glenroy

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Disability Support Worker to join our team in Broadmeadows. This rewarding role involves providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities: ( Mandatory to have experience with the following)

  • Tracheostomy care
  • Bowel care
  • Pressure care
  • Manual handling
  • Electric wheelchair operation
  • Personal care
  • PEG feeding

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent)
  • Experience in disability support, particularly with complex care needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate, reliable, and patient-centered approach
  • Current First Aid, CPR, and NDIS Worker Screening Check

Location: Glenroy

Hours: Flexible, part-time/casual positions available

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Job Types: Subcontract, Casual

Pay: $34.00 – $38.00 per hour
