What You'll Do:

  • Assist with personal care, meals, and household tasks
  • Support clients to access the community and activities they enjoy
  • Deliver person-centered support with dignity and respect
  • Work with care teams to help clients achieve their goals

What You'll Bring:

  • Certificate III/IV in Disability, Aged Care, Individual Support (or nursing)
  • Previous experience working with individuals with complex behavioral needs and complex personal care
  • Great communication skills and genuine empathy
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts (weekends/public holidays included)
  • Current driver's license + comprehensive car insurance

Pay: $32.00 – $45.00 per hour

Education:

  • Certificate I - IV (Required)

Experience:

  • disability service : 2 years (Required)

  • First Aid Certification (Required)
  • CPR Certification (Required)
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module (Required)
  • NDIS screening check (Required)
