We are currently looking at hiring support workers in the western suburbs of Victoria and surrounding areas

As the newest member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing quality services and safeguards to our participants to promote opportunities for meaningful participation and active inclusion in society. But also building and assisting participants to achieve their goals and become independent so they can live a happy life.

A day in the life as a Disability Support Worker with PartnerNCare may see you supporting our participants with.
- Domestic and personal care
- Transportation assistance
- Academic support
- Medication management
- Building on individual strengths and enabling individuals to reach their goals
- Community participation
- Group centre activities
- Using a hoist.

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**

To be successful in this role, it is a requirement that you have:

- Current Police Check, Working with Children Check or NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current driver’s licence
- Car, registration and insurance
- Current First Aid and CPR training
- NDIS Orientation Module
- NDIS Infection Control Module
- cert 4 in disability or cert 4 in individual support
- Commitment to providing exceptional support **Great communication skills.**:

- Must be fully vaccinated
