Are you a warm, friendly, and highly organised individual with a passion for providing exceptional client service? Trusted Hearing is looking for a Part-Time Receptionist/Front of House to be the welcoming face and voice of our clinic. This part-time, front-of-house role is crucial in ensuring every client's journey is smooth, professional, and caring.

This position is a great fit for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment but can also manage tasks independently. You'll work closely with our Principal Audiologist and the wider audiology team, combining excellent reception and administrative skills to keep our clinic running seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

As our Receptionist/Front of House, you will be responsible for:

  • Client Care: Greeting clients warmly , managing check-ins and intake processes , and handling incoming calls and enquiries in a professional manner.
  • Administrative & Records Management: Scheduling and managing appointments using Cliniko software , maintaining accurate client records , and preparing reports for GPs, ENTs, and clients. You'll also handle daily reception opening and closing duties , manage correspondence , and process card payments and product sales (e.g., batteries and accessories).
  • Hearing Aid Support: Performing basic maintenance on hearing aids, such as changing filters, replacing tubing, and cleaning.

Working Hours & Employment Type

  • Employment Type: Part-time
  • Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, 1 to 2 days per week (days as rostered).
