We are seeking a motivated Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who already has previous orthodontic experience to upskill.

What you'll be doing:

  • Educating patients on their treatment options
  • Taking orthodontic records
  • Discussing pricing options and payment plans
  • Assisting the orthodontist in the clinic

What we need from you:

  • Experience in a dental clinic is essential.
  • Familiarity with orthodontic procedures and terminology is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with our orthodontic team and interact effectively with patients.
  • A Can-do attitude

The finer details:

Flexible hours on offer with rostered hours across the following days:

  • Parramatta: Monday - Thursday: 7.30am to 6pm
  • Canterbury: Wednesday and Fridays: 7.30am to 6pm

Your hourly rate will be above award and dependent on experience
