Project Management Office Lead - Aged Care

Join us as PMO Lead and help shape the successful delivery of strategic initiatives during an exciting time of system transformation. In this key role, you'll oversee a diverse portfolio of projects, making sure they align with our transformation goals and business priorities, while building strong connections and collaboration across the organisation.

With a focus on meaningful, data-driven decision-making, you'll create and maintain governance frameworks, performance measures, and reporting tools that keep everyone informed and moving in the same direction. You'll work alongside passionate teams, champion change, embed agile and best-practice approaches, and ensure we meet the highest standards.

We're looking for someone who can lead with confidence, empathy, and vision—someone who inspires others, influences positive change, and delivers results that set us up for long-term success. What you bring:

  • With over 5 years of leadership under your belt, you know how to rally a team, navigate challenges, and turn big ideas into winning results.
  • Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Possess recognised certifications such as PMP, PMI, CSM, PRINCE2, or ITIL.
  • Demonstrated success in leading projects across diverse disciplines, with a strong grasp of project management tools and practices.
  • Confidently produce insightful portfolio reports and streamline reporting through automation tools like Power BI and Excel.
  • Solid understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, knowing when to apply each.
  • Ensure projects are delivered effectively, on time, and in line with business goals, while offering guidance and support to project teams.
  • Excellent communicator with proven ability to engage stakeholders and inspire teams.
  • Champion a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning by mentoring and developing project management talent.

Desirable:

  • Aged care experience with strong leadership to motivate and guide teams.
  • Experience with PPM tools like Adaptive Work (Clarizen) and a focus on solving problems.
  • Excellent communication to engage stakeholders and deliver results.
