Property Management - Business Development Manager

Belle Property Upper North Shoreare looking for a motivated, energetic and determined Business Development Manager who is serious about driving growth and building pipelines within an agency that is on a significant upwards trajectory. With quality processes and procedures in place, this is a rare chance to boost your career with the support you need to be successful.

Spread across 4 local offices with a substantial local market presence, we value dynamic team players who can play an integral role in our successful and enthusiastic team.

On offer for the ideal candidate is an attractive salary package of up to $110,000 plus an uncapped potential to produce lucrative commissions on the business generated.

You will be responsible for:

- Source and generate leads for new business through prospecting
- Build and maintain database for potential new clients
- Attend listing presentations and advise clients as required
- Support a sales team of 12 agents producing 300 plus sales per year
- Develop and co-ordinate new business
- Help develop marketing strategies for the Property Management Department
- Maintain and build outstanding professional relationships with existing and potential clients.

What you need:

- Previous experience in Residential Property Management, Sales and/or Leasing
- Current real estate license, valid driver's licensewith reliable car
- Fantastic communication skills – both written and verbal
- An outstanding customer service focus and strong work ethic
- An understanding of what excellence looks like
- Willingness to hunt down opportunities and fast-track growth
- Willing to work collaboratively with your team
- Strong administrative skills and time management
